Step 1: Register online

Step 2: You'll receive an E-mail from The Health Spa explaining the information that we need (Health History, Forms, Medical Records, Insurance information, etc.)

Step 3: Obtain Labs

Step 4: Labs take approx. 3-4 weeks to come back. Once labs are back and all information is in the system, Stephanie will create a comprehensive plan of care and record it over video for you to view (and to have to look back on)

Step 5: View recorded educational videos and write down any questions you have prior to coming to the live Q+A January 20th.
